Symptom
- BI Platform Support Tool (BIPST) Platform search report (KBA 2138275) shows that there are many objects stuck in Queue #5 (Delta index To Be Merged Queue). These objects appear to be stuck in this queue and none appear to be moving into queue #6.
- Platform Search Adaptive Processing Server (APS) logs show the following errors:
com.crystaldecisions.sdk.occa.infostore.internal.InfoStoreException: Cannot commit object(s). Object "Lucene Index Engine" (ID: 4552) is locked by session "????" (ID: 22621139).
