2512432 - ICF service logon screen rendering problems

The logon page is not displayed correctly, there are several rendering errors like:

• Frames are not inline
• User entry is not possible (Fields are marked invalid and read only)
• The dropdown for the language selection is rendered incorrectly

These rendering problems may occur in all browsers.
