Symptom

1.In VAR senario, a VH incident is created out of the calling hours, the action "Send messages automatically to SAP Service Backbone"(SMIV_VAR_SEND_SAP_AUTO) is scheduled, but it is not triggered.
2.In VAR senario, automatic specific components forwarding has been set up, the action "Send messages automatically to SAP Service Backbone"(SMIV_VAR_SEND_SAP_AUTO) is scheduled, but it is not triggered.
