2512554 - SAP FS-TRBK: errors /FSFAC/AL 304 or 702 in Master Contract Facilities

Symptom

You have started to use Master contract Facilities function and could not attach a master contract to another master contract.

  • In transaction BCA_CN_ACPOOL_01 the following message may appear: "Errors during determination of the facility attributes in hierarchy of &1" (Message no. /FSFAC/AL 304).
  • In transaction /n/SAPPO/PPO3 the following message may appear: "Hierarchy could not be found for &1" (Message no. /FSFAC/AL 702)
