2512563 - BPS0031: Access control remote processing for commandlet Get-MobileDevice failed while processing

The follow errors are seen in the Afaria server message log:

BPS0031: Access control remote processing for commandlet Get-MobileDevice failed while processing; PowerShell message 'Cannot bind parameter 'Filter' to the target. Exception setting "Filter": "The value "26.07.2017 15:34:56" could not be converted to type System.Nullable`1[System.DateTime]."' 

Resolution Verify the Exchange Server is running and connectivity between the Afaria Server and the Exchange Server's powershell location is working. Also verify that the account used is still active and has not had its password changed.

BPS0016: Error writing to DB. Command: Opening DB Connection, Exception: The process cannot access the file 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Afaria\Temp\cdoknjtf.hmx' because it is being used by another process.
