2512701 - Trigger rules for payment component non recurring

When you upload a new record through imports or APIs, the onSave rule for HRIS-elements and the onChange rule for HRIS-fields are not triggered for the Pay Component Non-Recurring portlet.

The "Enable Business Rules" option must be selected from Admin Center > Manage Permission Roles > Permissions > Administrator Permissions > Employee Central Import Settings.
