2512729 - Unable to get the list of locked users

Symptom

  • At times due to incorrect login attempts, the users are getting locked. We want to find the list of users which are locked due to incorrect login attempts.  
  • The audit log gives the users which have "Invalid Connect Atttempts" and not showing whether it is locked or not.
  • The sys.users table show only if the user is deactivated and not the users which are locked due to incorrect login attempts.
