2512858 - Is it Possible to Disable Access to Learning Admin via Proxy Management?

Customer wants to limit access to Learning Administrator for a Proxy User.

• SAP SuccessFactors HXM Suite
• SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. You grant proxy right to the Proxy User and Account Holder(with access to Learning Administrator) via Admin Center > Proxy Management

2. Ensure that the "Admin Tools" is not selected from the list of modules that you'll give access to

3. Save the changes

4. Logout of the system > Log back in.

5. Proxy as the Account Holder

6. Search "Learning Admin" from the Action Search and Select it.

7. You will be redirected to "Learning Admin" successfully.

This is working as designed. As of the moment, Learning Administrator cannot be controlled via Proxy Management.

We currently have no available workaround to achieve this functionality.
