2512916 - "Error while saving tile" when trying to create SOH KPI tiles

Symptom

  • When trying to create a new tile for an existing evaluation you receive the message "Error while saving tile"
  • In the browser console log you may see the below errors:
    • "Missing module URL -  sap.ui2.srvc.Chip"
    • "Call to success handler failed: Missing module URL - sap.ui2.srvc.Error: Missing module URL"
