2512928 - STMS_QA problems on application servers

Symptom

  • You have one CI/DB server, and additional dialog instances
  • You have noticed that when you access STMS_QA from the application server, that the response is significantly slower than from the CI/DB
  • You have also noticed that in the worklist (STMS_QA) some transports are missing the owner and short text, when called in the application servers (no such issue when called in the CI/DB)
