2512984 - The Current Failed login attempts is not updated - ASE

• The ASE Configuration parameter 'net password encryption reqd' is enabled (non-zero) indicating that passwords must be encrypted
• The isql utility provides the parameter -X  to request password encryption
• An isql client attempts to logon, supplies a valid password but does not use include the parameter -X
• The server rejects the login attempt
• sp_displaylogin shows the counter (stored in syslogins.logincount) has not incremented
