2513039 - Multiplex coordinator crashes in slib/s_blockmap.cxx:407 -- SAP IQ

Random Coordinator crash in s_blockmap_identity::DecrNEntries with following stack frames and messages in iqmsg.
Stack frames indicate same activity type in 2 different threads.
Stack trace does not show any user command indicating actual command is internal.
