Symptom
- Partner cannot select end user customer in drop down list when reporting a case
- Partner cannot create cases for specific end user customer numbers
- When trying to report a case, the "Select a Customer" drop down is not showing all end customer numbers supported by partner
- When searching for an end customer, no result is found
- Partner cannot view end customer when reporting a case
