You wish to enable ORD in DC16. However, the reference guide for configuring the SFSF HCM Suite to Analytics Single Sign-On does not provide the necessary URL and configuration information for the DC16.

Cause
Product Management have confirmed there are no SSO links for Analytics on DC16.
ORD is not supported on DC16 and at this moment it is not on the roadmap to be implemented at present.
Resolution
Please submit an enhancement request to have this feature enabled on DC16 if you require it. To do so, please follow KBA 2090228
