2513325 - Report Table (Adhoc report) and Tiles shows section names from Competency sections only in default language

In adhoc/ Report Table you see the competency section names only in the default language, but you have translations

• Performance Management
• Analytics
• Report Table - Adhoc Report
• Tiles - Dashboard

1. You're logged with your user's locale, e.g. German
2. You're opening your PM form
3. On the PM form within the competency section you see the the translated version of all section names (e.g. you launched the form in German and all section names are appearing in German in the PM form)
4. However, when running an Adhoc report, the competency section names from the PM form are not displayed in the translated version within the report, instead you see the section names in the default language, e.g. English

This is working as expected since the system does not support localization in the competency section name column in Ad Hoc reporting/Report Table and instead will show the names always in the default language.
