Symptom

When adding a service or when loading its metadata an error message raised on the SAP Gateway hub system:

Metadata not loaded. See /IWBEP/ERROR_LOG in backend '<System_Alias>'

Metadata call for connector <SW_COMPONENT>~STANDARD~<CONNECTOR>~ was not succesful.
Diagnosis Metadata call for connector XXx was not succesful.

As well as on the backend:

Metadata call for connector was not succesful.
