2513637 - Role-Based Permissions: Restrict "Worker" type fields to display only users that are in the Permissioned Users Target Population - SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central

This feature will restrict the values returned in all "Worker" type fields in Employee Central Core (not MDF) to filter the returned list of selectable users to only users that are in their Target Population (defined on the Permission Role).

Fields of the type ‘Worker’ (for example, "Supervisor" in Job Information or HR/Matrix Manager in Job Relationship, and so on) can now respect Target Groups defined in Permission Roles. This means that if configured, users can only add managers that are included in the Target Group defined in the Permission Role.

Enabling the feature

1. Navigate to Admin Centre > Company System and Logo Settings
2. Tick the box "Enable target group based filtering for ‘Worker’ fields. If selected, the ‘Worker’ type fields value dropdown list will be based on the target group settings in role based permission. If not selected, all users will be available in the dropdown list."
3. Click "Save Company System Setting"
