2513784 - RTC - Not able to save journal entries - Error: Failed To Save The Journal

• You have a compounded member
• During configuration of the BPC model, through web client Administration -> Model Advanced options, you have defined a single value for the compounding member  
• You are selecting a context for BPC journal but you are not able to save or post a journal.
• You have executed the two notes 2452190 and 2433659 to refresh hierarchy buffer to to switch it off but the problem is not resolved
