2513964 - DB6: DB2EXTSEC: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done

Symptom

During copy or rename DB2 10.5 database to another system (using system copy via SWPM) in Windows platform
following errors found in sapinst_dev.log:

WARNING 2017-02-21 17:26:27.326 (server\alpadm) id=modlib.jslib.childAppReturn
Execution of the command "f:\db2\db2jdoe\db2_software\bin\db2extsec -u serversapsid\DB2USERS_ALQ -a serversapsid\DB2ADMNS_SID1 -oldadmins SERVERSAPSID\DB2ADMNS_SID2 -oldusers SERVERSAPSID\DB2USERS_SID2" finished with return code 1332. Output:
DB2EXTSEC: No mapping between account names and security IDs was done.
