2514082 - SRM PO is locked by delivery schedule

Symptom

You have created a Purchase Order in SRM or you are creating a change version and added one or more delivery schedule lines to the item.

You notice that once there is a delivery schedule on the item the quantity field is locked, and the quantity can only be changed with adding or removing a schedule line.
