Unable to configure a HRIS Sync Mapping for Country Specific Fields in Global Information, Job Information or Compensation Information.

SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central - HRIS Sync

• This is an expected behavior, the HRIS Sync doesn’t support country specific fields for any HRIS Element listed above.
• Any change to this logic would be an enhancement.
• As a workaround you can choose to implement these fields as custom fields on the corresponding non-CSF element, for example the CSF Global Information field ethnic-group could be configured as a custom-string on Personal Information. A custom HRIS Sync mapping could then be configured for this Personal Information field.
