2514187 - Postal code rule attribute doesn't work

Symptom

Territory management is implemented and rules with standard attributes Country and Postal codes used to assign territories to accounts. Using a range with operation "BT-Between" on postal code attribute, it doesn't give right results in respective territory gets assigned on accounts.

Standard attribute postal code with operation “BT – IS BETWEEN” doesn’t work as expected.
