- There was no indication in CDT or Agent ECF page that chat was created
- Chat was received in CDT, but no indication on Agent ECF page
- Errors at Chat Server log file:
- OwnerGUID not found for Address [chat_account@your_company.com]
- OwnerGUID not found for line id [f8594108b62047fea6eea8c761d134fb]
