2514316 - User not able to launch Online content for a Blended Course

There is no option to launch the online content for a Blended Item type classification.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Create an Item of Blended type classification >
2. The item has a segment and also some online content associated with it >
3. Assign the Item to a user as an admin >
4. The user sees only the option to "Request a class", "Recommend" or "Bookmark" that Blended Item on their learning plan, with no option to launch the content.

The cause for this is that there is no class created for the item yet, or all the classes for this item are in the past already and the user has no active class to enroll into.

The user needs to be registered into a Class to start the Online content.

Resolution for this is to create a Class for the Item and add it to the library to which the user has access to.

The user will then see an option to Register into the Class, and once the user Registers into it, there will be an option to start the course from the learning plan.
