2514322 - Web Service datastores support NTLM Authentication - Data Services

• A RESTful web service datastore configuration will fail to save with the following error.
  Error "An error occured while browsing metadata for the web service.
           An error occurred while importing metadata: XML parser failed: see previously displayed error message."
• Web service will connect successfully in SoapUI when Authenticate Preemptively : NTLM Authentication is selected.
• Is NTLM Authentication method possible in Data Services.
• A soap web service call in a job will fail with the following in axis2.xml
  [error] http_sender.c (xxxx) HTTP Authentication failed
  [error] http_sender.c (xxxx) Error occured in transport
  [error] engine.c (xxx) Transport sender invoke failed
