Symptom

  • Using SAP Replication Server (SRS)
  • The target database server is down and dsi_fadeout_time = '-1'
  • SRS memory usage will continue to increase as long as the DSI's are in the mode of "Still trying to connect to server 'servername' as user 'maint_user'."
