2514328 - ChannelUnknownException: Channel with ID is not known

After performing a change in a Communication Channel object, the channel status in Communication Channel Monitor turns to red (with error) and in a few minutes the channel turns to green again.

In the traces the error is:

com.sap.aii.af.service.administration.api.monitoring.ChannelUnknownException: Channel with ID xxxxxx is not known.
