2514434 - Fiori Launchpad ERROR: Web Dynpro application <id> does not exist

Symptom

When launching a WebDynpro or SAP GUI for HTML application such as Manage Bank Accounts from the Fiori Launchpad or NWBC:

User is presented with the following error in the browser (note that the application ID will change based on which WebDynpro app was launched):
```
500 SAP Internal Server Error
```
```
ERROR: Web Dynpro application WDA_FCLM_BAM_HIERARCHY does not exist
```
```
(termination: ERROR_MESSAGE_STATE)
```

When inspecting the console log, the following error may be observed:

"Component URL defined in target mapping does not match the URL retrieved from application index 
A possible reason is that the component ID is not unique. See SAP note 2177717 for more information"

Upon inspecting the network requests, the WebDynpro app is attempting to load from the same or incorrect server and port combination
