2514471 - Scheduling is not considering Setup Matrix

Setup group and setup matrix are set well and assigned to the resource. After running the finite scheduling, like in Detailed Scheduling Planning Board, the setup time of the setup matrix is not taken into account by finite scheduling, and the setup time of the operation is not taken from setup matrix after finite scheduling, even though the corresponding setup matrix is assigned to the operation. 

• During orders Planning and Scheduling you notice that the Setup Matrix is not being considered.
• You expect that flag "SetupActivity" would be set in PDS (Production data structure - /SAPAPO/CURTO_SIMU Tcode) but it is empty.
