Symptom
There is a customizing in item category definition "Order qty = 1" in ERP, and thus sales order can restrict order item quantity to one only. In CRM, there is no such customizing in item category definition.
When the order with item quantity more than 1 is sent from CRM to ERP, following error is returned.
- Only quantity 1 (UoM) is allowed (Item number) (Notification E V1 524)
The same functionality is expected in CRM.
