Symptom

  • After upgrading to BI 4.2 SP4 from a previous version, the required files are missing for the Web Intelligence Change Source Solution:

    Folder: ..\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\sap_wics
    Driver: ..\SAP BusinessObjects\SAP BusinessObjects Enterprise XI 4.0\dataAccess\connectionServer\drivers\java\dbd_sapbiwics.jar

  • When performing a full install of BI 4.2 SP4, the required files are present.
