2514773 - FAGL_TR_02: Other parameters tab not available

Symptom

After upgrade to EhP4 (release 604), instead of FAGL_YEC_POSTINGS you can only use FAGL_YEC_POSTINGS_EHP4 program which means instead of FAGL_TR_01, FAGL_TR_02 is available only, without 'Other parameters' tab.
