2514855 - Missing Actions such as "Create Lead", "Notify", Create Activity", "Update Target Group" on Campaign

While executing/creating a Campaign, there are some Actions which are shown as greyed out.

SAP Cloud for Customer

1. Go to Sales Campaign.
2. Open the Campaign ABC (where ABC represents the Campaign ID).
3. Go to the Build view.
4. Add a target goup. 
5. On the left side of the page, you see some Actions like "Create Lead", "Notify", Create Activity","Update Target Group" are greyed out and not accessable.

Respective E-mail Template has not been maintained for the Actions to be available, and the Actions are follow-up activities for a specified trigger in the campaign, so a trigger need to be selected as well.

1. In the Build View, on the left side in Actions section, Click on "Send E-mail" option available. Now it is added to the Target Group --> Actions part.
2. Click on "Seclect" option to select E-mail Template with its respective Communication Type.
3. After choosing an E-mail Template, click on "Apply" to apply your selection.
4. Now you see that Triggers (Submitted Form, E-Mail Interaction, Clicked Link) is not availalbe to be selected. 
5. Select one trigger, then you will see all actions on the left hand side under the Actions section and available to work with.
