2514980 - Cannot transport non-sapgui (Fiori/Webdynpro/BRF+) objects with CSOL conflicts - Solution Manager

• Error message when trying to save change: Configuration is locked in another request. Data Cannot be saved
• Objects related to BRF+ applications are not getting captured in transport requests.
• Error: Problems detected with transport-related checks of Change Ctrl Mgmt
• Webdynpro modification
• BRF+ change, not possible to transport BRF+ Objects
• Using a non-SAP GUI (not R/3) and trying to transport a change but due to CSOL the save is not allowed
• Trying to record Fiori tile changes and encountering:
  Error (500, Internal Server Error) in OData response for POST "/sap/opu/odata/UI2/PAGE_BUILDER_CUST/PageChipInstances": HTTP request failed
  Details: An exception was raised.
  Customizable CSOL conflict for objects changed in other TR (Note 1591120)

• With CSOL activated when using transaction NWBC you get a 500 timeout error and ST22 dump 
• Unable to save mdg Material view in transport request due CSOL
• Trying to save an object in non-sapgui scenario you get Error 500 (Internal Server Error) and RAISE_EXCEPTION on class /SDF/SAPLTMW_CFW_POPUP in ST22 as follows
  
• Cannot save changes to a Page in Spaces and Pages in the Fiori application, Manage Launchpad Pages, error '/UI2/CX_FDM_TRANSPORT' occurs.
