2515016 - Team Rank Pod/Team Ranker is not showing other employees' ranks - Performance Management

Team Rank Pod/Team Ranker is not showing other peers ranks who have been evaluated with the same form template.

Please note this issue can be reproduced in multiple ways. This is one way of reproducing the issue:

1. Launch a form to two users that directly report to the same manager.
2. Proxy in or logging in as one of the user and open the form that you just launched.
3. Click on the Team Rank Pod on the top left corner and you do not observe the other user being ranked within the Team Rank Pod.

This is caused by the "Start of Review" is not being selected within the Route Map.

To resolve the issue, please follow the steps below:

1. Go to Manage Route Maps from Admin Center
2. Select the route map that the form is using
3. Select the appropriate step in the "Modify Stage" (usually the first step) and scroll to the bottom you will find a checkbox named "Start of Review" and ensure that this is being checked.
