2515050 - How to disable Learning Plan Expiration Notifications for specific items only

Customer wants to disable Learning Plan Expiration Notifications for a specific item only and not on a global level.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning

1. Assign an item to a user >
2. User receives Learning Plan Notification for that specific item >
3. User does not want notification for that specific item, but wants notification for other items.

If you want to disable Learning Expiration Notification for a specific Item, follow these steps:

1. On Learning Administration >
2. Go to Learning Activities >
3. Items >
4. Search for the item you want to disable the notifications and edit it >
5. Click the "Email Notifications" tab >
6. On "Override Learning Expiration Email Notification Defaults", uncheck "User" and "Manager" in Email Recipients according to your business needs >
7. Click "Apply Changes".
