Symptom
- You are getting errors in custom WebDynpro Java applications that uses JCo RFC destinations;
- The relevant error in the traces is similar to the one below:
"[EXCEPTION]
com.sap.tc.webdynpro.services.exceptions.WDRuntimeException: Exception was thrown in preprocessing phase of application session ... The causing exception is nested.
...
Caused by: com.sap.conn.jco.JCoException: (106) JCO_ERROR_RESOURCE: Destination [name] does not exist"
- The application uses JCo 3.x. It can be detected in the traces, as they contain location com.sap.conn.jco;
- The destination is set up in the Web Dynpro Content Administrator.
