2515121 - Learning notification survey direct link URL encoding

When a survey notification is sent, the direct link URL is not shortened to what is displayed in the syntax Title field.

SAP SuccessFactors Learning Management System (LMS)

1. Edit the survey templates ( FollowupEvaluationAssignmentNotification or ItemEvaluationAssignmentNotification ) in the rich text Editor and include the Survey Direct Link syntax tag
2. Use the Insert/Edit link on the provided Survey Direct Link button to include a Title.
3. Note in the notification the full URL is displayed

The Title is not a URL encoding field; in other syntax tags, this would be labeled as "Text to Display".

A default evaluation or survey template ID could not be used for all items, but if creating a new one for each, the URL can be generated by the System Admin > Tools > Direct Link > Type: Launch Questionaire Survey and used in the editor with the Insert/edit link button which includes a "Text to display" field that will encode the URL.
