2515124 - Most servers stay stuck in stopping status for a long time inside Server Intelligence Agent

Symptom

  • Stop Server Intelligence Agent (SIA) and most servers stuck in stopping status for a long time.
  • The following error message is shown in Central Management Console (CMC) > Servers:

    Database access error. Reason ASE has run out of LOCKS. Re-run your command when there are fewer active users, or contact a user with System Administrator (SA) role to reconfigure ASE with more LOCKS.
