SAP Knowledge Base Article - PublicSymptom
You added new tables/fields in Employee Central configuration and requested a Reload to display them in Advanced Reporting/REALMS. However, after the reload the tables/fields are still not showing.
Environment
SuccessFactors Workforce Analytics (ANA) - All versions
Cause
The new tables/fields do not have data for the employees yet. If the new fields are empty for all users, the Advanced Reporting will not pull them in the reports.
Resolution
Add a record for at least one employee and request a new reload for these tables/fields.
