2515143 - Default logic runs many times when large amount of data are imported into BPC 10.1 NW

When running a data manager package to import a large amount of data the default logic is being run multiple times.

It is known that the default logic will be run for each package as documented within the note '1636487 - Loading large amount of data may get incorrect logic result '.

Example:
- If the package size is 50000 and the data being uploaded is 100,000 then 2 packages will be used thereby causing 2 instances of Default logic to be run.

However the solution in the 1636487 note (written for BPC 7.5 NW) is to modify the 'SPACKAGE_SIZE' for the process chain which does not have any impact within BPC 10.1 NW (NW 7.50).
