Text column replication fails with following conditions:

• Warmstandby environment
• Text column is NOT NULL
• dsi_bulk_copy is enabled
• use bcp utility

ERROR #1027 DSI EXEC(104(1) SASE.test) - /dsiutil.c(355)
        Open Client Client-Library error: Error: 16908568, Severity 1 -- 'blk_rowxfer(): blk layer: internal BLK-Library error: No value or default value available and NULL not allowed.  col = 2 row = 1.'.
ERROR #1027 DSI EXEC(104(1) SASE.test) - /dsiutil.c(355)
        Open Client Client-Library error: Error: -99999, Severity 5 -- 'Unable to transfer bulk rows.  blk_rowxfer failed.'.
ERROR #5215 DSI EXEC(104(1) SASE.test) - /dsiutil.c(358)
        The interface function 'SQLExecute' returns FAIL for database 'SASE.test'. The errors are retryable. The DSI thread will restart automatically. See messages from the interface function for more information.
