2515308 - fault manager is running but currently not ready to perform unplanned failover - SAP SRS

• The FaultManager has the following status:

           fault manager running, pid = pid_number, fault manager overall status = OK, currently executing in mode PAUSING
           *** sanity check report (107)***.
          node 1: server node1_name, site site1_name.
          db host status: OK.
          db status OK hadr status PRIMARY.
          node 2: server node2_name, site site2_name.
          db host status: OK.
          db status OK hadr status STANDBY.
          replication status: SYNC_OK.

• sybdbfm utility on the host running the Fault Manager shows that the status of the Fault Manager is correct.
  "sybdbfm status" confirms that the Fault Manager is monitoring the HADR configuration, and that the command displays the replication status as SYNC_OK.

• But on the database servers in the dev_sybdbfm file the following is observed in the trace file:

          Component name: Fault Manager (SAP ASE Fault Manager), Status:
          (79464) Error
          (79464) (fault manager is running but currently not ready to perform unplanned failover.)

• SAP Replication Server (SRS) 15.7.1
• SAP Adaptive Server Enterprise (ASE) 16.0 for Business Suite
