2515366 - Unable to release TR containing TCI objects - Object <Object_Name> requires a directory entry

Symptom

The following error is reported while releasing a Transport Request (TR) containing a Transport-based Correction Instructions (TCI) Note:

The following object entries are missing in the transport request:
 Transport based correction <Package_Name>: (PGMID <ID>, object ty. <Object-Type>, object name <Object-Name>).

Example:

The following object entries are missing in the transport request:
 Transport based correction SAPK617001CPSAPFIN: (PGMID R3TR, object ty. PROG, object name DPP).
