2515408 - Unable to Add/Remove systems in Promotion Management

Symptom

  • Adding a new system to 'Manage Systems' in Promotion Management gives the following error: 'servername:6400 could not be added'

  • Removing an existing system from 'Manage Systems' in Promotion Management gives the following error: 'Sorry, Promotion management application is unable to process your request. The error from the server is: Unable to find servers in the CMS <servername:6400> and cluster @servername:6400 with kind pjs and service LCMServiceOCA. All such servers could be down or disabled by the administrator. (FWM 01014)'
