2515433 - POWL- Columns fixed to left is not working after upgrade

Symptom

After an upgrade the following is experienced:

  • in the personalization popup the "Columns fixed to left" is missing,

  • the fixed columns are not fixed any more - they can be moved away using the horizontal scroll bar.
