Symptom
Order requiring manual fraud validation is placed so the order goes for the manual verification for the Fraud status. CustomerSupportAgent logs into the backoffice (CustomerSupport perspective from CustomerSupport extension) and manually verifies the order as NOT FRAUD by clicking on thumb up button.
As result Order is marked as not fraud but the status in widget title doesn't change even after clicking on Refresh button.
