Users are unable to integrate Apple Mail with SAP Hybris Cloud for Customer (C4C).

Integration of Apple Mail with SAP Cloud for Customer (C4C) is currently not supported.

Starting with the 1702 release of SAP Cloud for Customer, SAP provides a new add-in: Outlook for Mac. Using this add-in, you can synchronize contacts and calendar via server-side integration.
