2515833 - The Added Favourite Work Center is Missing after Re-login in ByD HTML5 Client

Customer tried to add quick access of Work Center as favourite to My Launchpad via HTML5 version but favorites is disappeared after re-login the tenant.

1. Login HTML5 client.
2. Add One of the Work Center to My Launchpad page. (via the star sign next to the navigation list)
3. Logoff the system and Re-login
4. Newly added favorite disappeared.

In the HTML5 client, the shortcuts are added as a title to the launchpad in the Html5 client, then those shortcuts are not accessible anymore once the Launchpad is not selected or a different tab is open. This was different behavior form the Silverlight client, because in the silverlight client the shortcuts were part of the UI shell and therefore always accessible.

In 1711 Html5 client, we will not add the shortcuts anymore to the Launchpad but to a dedicated point in the shell (again, as in Silverlight) and in addition we will transfer the already configured shortcuts from the Silverlight client to these new point in the shell as well (which is currently not considered in the Html5 client).

Adding shortcut-like tiles to the Launchpad will be possible as well, but only explicitly via personalization of the Launchpad itself.
