2516022 - CDT does not load because of an Invalid certificate error

Symptom

Image/Data is from SAP internal systems, sample data, or demo systems.  Any resemblance to real data is purely coincidental.

  • CDT - Notification pop up with the following message: "Invalid certificate; contact the administrator"
    Invalid_cert.jpg
  • In the ContactCenter_CDT log (with loglevel=5), the following line appears: terminal_authError( userid=[], i2=[], reason=[AUTH_CERT_UNTRUSTED]
